Irish Food & Wine Magazine, the bible for food and wine lovers throughout Ireland has chosen to review The Fairways in their January/February edition.  It isn’t very often that their respected food critics step so far outside the large town and city boundaries.  Ollie Moore favourably and candidly talks about his experience; focussing on the fresh fish, raving about the Piemontese beef and the Tipperary cheese board.  Well done to the whole team at The Fairways.  What a great start to 2013!
