We are pleased, once again, to announce our membership in the BIM Seafood Circle.

“BIM works with Georgina Campbell, food writer and editor of The Guide, to select dining establishments that meet criteria necessary to become Seafood Circle members.

The Guide’s experienced team conducts unannounced, anonymous, consumer-focused assessments and base their conclusions on the normal customer experience as found on the day of assessment.

To achieve membership, an establishment must offer a menu of which a good proportion is seafood based, with a bias towards fresh, seasonal, local fish and shellfish. The seafood served must be excellent quality, appropriately cooked and served by knowledgeable and courteous staff in pleasant, comfortable surroundings.”
